Download the Xfinity Stream app from the Apple App Store, the Google Play Store or the Amazon Appstore. Open the Xfinity Stream and Tap Get Started.
Go to Xfinity Authorize to enter the generated code to register a new device.
Enter the code from the device you are trying to activate then click Continue
Once on the Xfinity Stream page you will click Sign In
Then select Xfinity On Campus (students)
Search and Choose University of Pennsylvania
Then log in with your PennKey and PennKey password
Once logged in, it will bring you to the Xfinity grid to stream Live TV
