Equipment Loan Information Sheet
College Houses and Academic Services Technology is pleased to provide this equipment for you to loan. Please review the important information below:
The login credentials for the laptop are located on a label to the right of the track pad.
The loaned equipment includes a laptop, case, and charger. All items must be returned on time and in the same condition as received.
This laptop has an initial 5 business day rental period, with an additional 5 business day extension available upon request.
The laptop will allow you to save any documents or install any programs you require. Please note, all data saved and changes made to the laptop will be deleted upon reboot. To avoid losing your work, please save to either an external device or cloud service.
Before returning the laptop, please restart it to remove any personal data that was added to the machine during your loan period.
